Wow.

I hate sprite movies.

This is one of the few exceptions.

Freaking awesome job.

I love it.

Haha, this was fun. My favorite was Duke Nukem versus the Hitlers from space. I wanna be in the next one!

Little-Rena responds:

Lol, thankyou for the review. You'll have to join the N00bNation to be in the next one :O

YEAH!

WOO! Whoever did those voices for this movie must be completely awesome.

fadedshadow responds:

you're damned right dood

Awwww shit!

I was actually making a zombie movie with fast running zombies involving Russians as well. Hm, dunno if I'll be finishing it. Anyways, your backgrounds are amazing, as are your general animation skills. The only thing you might want to work on is your facial expressions, they seemed a bit static at times. I liked how you created your own workable style, where the faces are one or two steps down from being completely realistic. That fact that your characters have large eyes only brings out the potential to make some great facial expressions, so work with that. Also, you may want to take steps to make sure your male characters don't all look the same. Your viewers may have trouble telling them apart. I suggest placing around with hairstyles and races, not just clothes and hairstyles. Just some suggestions to consider if you decide to make a continuation. Oh yeah, and the beginning scared the balls off me. :-)

Gi-go responds:

Thanks alot, I agree I got lazy with some stuff like that. I had an Indian zombie ;)

Thanks

WOOO!

Wow! I guess I'm not the only one he combined final fantasy and silent hill into a flash movie. Your flash animation ability is very good. I can tell you are clever in your presentation. The only thing you might want to work on is walk cycles, they seem a teensy bit off. Nevertheless, there wasn't much wrong with the movie. Just keep practicing drawing anime, the proportions were also somewhat off (His face is a little wider that it should be I think). Just remember, the best way to improve is through practice!

fadedshadow responds:

i feel honored man :) and i will continue to practice and improve as much as possible. Oh yeah, lampshadehead from quiet hill rules XD

Man, I just, just...

Man, just...man...wow.

I mean, like, I just...ugh...man...wow, freaking wow. I'm like...

...I'm like, man, wow.

"SHKUBUHDOODOO!"

Dusty-Gorilla responds:

Haha i hate that line. Fucking terrible ass VA.

WHAT THE HELL!?

OH MY GOD, THIS IS LEGENDARY!

NN-Meg responds:

thats good right? :D

Very impressive!

Your artwork is phenominal! I envy you for that. The only things I would improve on is the timing and the duration of the movie. In the beginning, the night-time desert scene went by pretty long and I was very close to closing this and watching some other movie. Just speed things up a tad. As for duration, the movie would've been all out amazing if it were say, twice that length. But I can see that you put most of the effort into the graphics, so you've got a decent excuse. Keep on at it and you'll have a top 50 in no time buddy!

the-hen responds:

Thanks very much. This is in my eyes the most positive response I've got.

I'm definitely going to at least double the length and have some cool London city scenes. I've a whole story planned out.

I'm not used to editing animations within Flash and I found it a bit confusing it being my first animation and all. I think this is why the timing and the pace suffered the most. I'll try and resolve it for the next release.

Decent!

Very nice. Job well done. Here's what I'd suggest it you want to get into the 4.00 area though.

-Make a full-length movie, maybe 5 minutes min.
-Work on the animation, frame-by-frame isn't as hard as it seems. You could give up some picture quality for those 'one-frame' pictures.

Other than that, it was pretty funny!

mrnihil responds:

i'd love to get more involved with fbf, but i am still trying to figure it out. 'full length' animations are in the works. thank you very much :D

I made those Cactuar and Tonberry movies. Ha ha. Remember those? Ha ha.
